Booking mixed up my request which was for one room only, not 2 hotel was basic. Staff was helpful; they didn't know alot area I.E. directions but were helpful and getting the information room was basic and nothing to brag about but it was close to airport and I was only there for afew hours
Noise was ok; needs upgrading
Convenient location, clean, friendly,affordable
No ashtrays available ground level outside the rooms, and second level did not have enough ashtrays..tenants on second floor were throwing butts into parking lot. We smoke, but are considerate of others, and do not leave butts around for your staff to clean up
It was cheap, and Lewiston is the biggest place to stop for the night if you are driving through Idaho.
The furniture in the room was relatively new, but many things in the room didn't work (some of the lamps, the deadbolt on the door, the bathroom door wouldn't shut). Also, the wifi was out the day I was there. Finally, and this is not the fault of the hotel, but the town of Lewiston has a giant paper mill in it, so there is a horrible smell everywhere you go. When I opened the door of my room in the morning, the stench hit me as soon as I stepped outside.
Room could smell better. Even though it was non smoking it smelled funky like stale smoke.
The room smell. I have to spray air freshener to get rid of the smell but seems the ell was coming from the heater or something.
Smokers,room size,thin towels,poor shower. A 49.00 hotel room, I won't stay again.
The front desk clerk was friendly, concerned about our comfort and any special needs e might have. She als recommended a very good eating establishment.
I appeared that the motel had residential living with mrginal clientele. I was scared to have my wife go out to the car by herself. There was alot of traffic in and out ofthe parking lot all night long. People were drinking alchohol in the parking lot and I also saw a drug deal take place.
There is a bar about 20 yards from the hotel, whose parking lot abuts the hotel's parking lot. The noise from the bar parking lot was disturbing Thursday thru Saturday night until late.
Extremely poor lighting and amenities in my room
Room was only cleaned one time in seven days. Was not able to speak to manager. Booked 1 queen bed/smoking room. When we arrived they said there had been a mistake with booking and that room was not available. We were told we were moved to a "suite". When we asked about the smoking situation, they said it would be fine. Two days after we left our card was charged a $100.00 smoking fee.
We liked Nicole & Eric; for some reason we ended up with 2 bdrms which worked out nice so my husband could have the room with tv; I like to read a book & go to sleep
The building & furnishings are in need of repair and/or replacement
close to highway
Faucet in sink impossible to turn on without assistance of towel wrapped around and pulled with all might. No paper plates for waffles, no syrup, etc.`
